We were recommended Alan as someone who had a high degree of integrity and had an organized operation. When we started talking with Alan, there were no hidden issues and he was open, honest and straightforward. Once we started working with him, there were several times when we discovered kinks in the renovation plan that Alan had already anticipated in the budget. This was very helpful for us.
